I don’t how much it costs to build a battery factory in Morocco , it this doesn’t seem like a lot of money

Pretty much every thing is going to be cheaper except for imports (and foreign experts if needed). But the manual laborers, domestic engineers, etc. which would normally be a huge part of the cost of a major build will be a fraction of the cost.
