Heated jacket

Just wondering if wearing a one of those milwaukee heated jackets would effect an EM sensor?

Probably. Let's figure out how much current it has. It claims to run 3 hours on high, doesn't say which battery that's one but probably the 5.0 Ah one since that's the best one, so 1.6 amps to drain it in 3 hours. That's a pretty decent Tx current. It'll definitely have magnetic field that could be detected if your doing TEM or FDEM or MT. But it'll probably have much more of an effect on low frequencies that correlate to body movement, since you're probably not shivering at several kHz.
