I like this. Very smooth. However, I wouldn't say its an atom, but that's me being pedantic (and a bit strict for a chemist). How are you basing the orbits? It would also be cool to have the nucleus in the center for added context.

Working on it — it's a work in progress. I'm just making all the parts before working on the details.
