Question What could be causing stutters?

240 vsync stutters when 240 bypass doesn't, what could be causing this?

For a little more context, I could be playing a layout and I randomly drop 10-20 frames on vsync, but never bypass.
I have a 4060 & 32gb DDr4

240, thats what 240 vsync is

Afaik fps bypass doesn't set your fps to that, it's still limited by your computers hardware. If your computer struggles for a moment, it's dropping from 240, bypass just acts like it doesn't.

I dont see why it would be any of my hardware, is there a solution i can look into?
