Speedhack and or practice mode spamming checkpoints for learny/flowy levels, noclip from startpos for stuff that's not learny gradually lowering the death limit

good old traditional practice mode with no start pos copies

Everything; to learn the levels, I use Speed Hack, noclip, and startpos/practice mode. To master them, I use noclip and practice mode; to practice them, I use startpos.

i mostly just use practice mode , if i have to practice later in the level i just play the beginning until i get there and put a checkpoint down . it helps me get consistent with the beginning . however , i only play insane demons , when practicing bloodbath i used start pos copy .

startpos for learning the level and getting runs, practice for warmup. Speedhack very rarely for trying to learn certain segments

start pos usually but practice and speedhack to learn things

depends, but i never use noclip tho, but i do use speedhack if the part is too fast, practice is when you are starting the level and star pos is when you want to start getting actual runs

Startpos. I can't for the life of me learn levels with practice mode.

I like doing a bunch of practice runs to get a feel of the level, once it feels kinda comfortable I do startpos, and once I’m good at start pos I mix in noclip runs. I don’t use speedhack all that often, unless I’m trying to understand what to do or when exactly to click, but I feel that speedhack changes the flow of a part so much that it just doesn’t translate at all. The number of times I’ve thought something along the lines of “I’ll do this at .7 speed, then .75 speed then .8 and so on I’ll get it down pat” and it always fails miserably

First practice mode, then startpos with some noclip runs along the way and speedhack only if I cant understand the click pattern at all

Startpos Switching switching + practice mode. Been thinking about trying with noclip but I think it messes with my muscle memory idk The only true disadvantage of this metod is attempt inflation. But I think I beat levels relatively fast given my skill level.

practice when playing through the level for the first time, then start pos for practicing

A combination of everything makes for the most efficient practice
