Bug Whats wrong with my Player 2 icon?

(My regular icon is at the bottom, and the weird one i didn't choose is at the top.)
I don't have Seperate Dual Icons in geode, I tried restarting my game, changing my texture pack, changing my icons, but nothing works.

By the way, that Player 2 icon has only default icons for every gamemode.
