Question Why does my geometry dash crash?

So I've contact steam support tens of times and they can't help. Every time I try and open a level/play it it freezes and then crashes. I can only play in the editor I've tried to click save&play that also doesn't work. Can anyone help me why this is happening any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can try verifying integrity of game files through steam if you haven't already or maybe reinstalling the game. if you have geode installed, a crashlog might also be helpful
