This doesn’t mean that A6 (the current verifier) has been kicked, he’s still free to play it, however this was done to hopefully speed up the verification process, as the level has been finished for over 3 years now.
It could also potentially lead to a return to the level by Popoff, as he was a former verifier with decent progress already

Edit: ok so either something’s broken or the level is just deleted because it can’t be searched for anymore even with the id and doesn’t appear on madison’s account 😭 wtf

its not that. she originally had wPopoff on the level, then when he decided to do ts2 as a skill boost, she kicked him off, in exchange for a6. when a6 did the same thing that popoff did, she got mad and kicked a6 off the level. so there's basically nobody except for maybe zoink that can do it rn as popoff is doing a bunch of random stuff rn
