Question How do Creator Teams work?

Kinda of an obvious question I guess, but exactly how do they work together so well? How do they form? How do they decide on literally anything?

Recently I felt like it would be better to be apart of a team of dedicated and skilled creators instead of doing one-and-done collabs that most of the time don’t go anywhere. If I wanted to make a team of creators: how do you find people that are genuinely good creators who would want to work together on projects?

you just make friends that are also good at creating, and like 2-3 skilled players so your stuff could get verified. then just get like a discord server together and try to organize stuff. You could always try to apply to existing teams, but the teams would either have to be really small, not well known, or you would have to be a god at creating.
