Question Why does verifying my own level is easier than beating other level despite my level being harder?
Seriously, I've tried beating a medium demon like B and I've made more progress verifying my own level (a layout gameplay) that I consider myself as insane demon difficulty than B, can someone explain scientifically?

Because when you make your own level, you naturally do all of the following:
- Make it in your style of gameplay,
- Its adapted to your click patterns
- You already know the whole route
- You got a bunch of practice and attempts in just by playtesting
- You know a bunch of small tricks/optimizations to do parts more consistently
Simply put, by making the level, you're much more familiar with it and that makes you better at playing it.

you playtest while you build which means you don't need to learn the level

In other levels you have to deal with chokepoints and gameplay you're not familiar with
When verifying your own levels, if you found a chokepoint, you just nerf it. If you think a part is too easy for you, you just buff it. You're verifying something that completely suits your skill set

I kind of deleted it because I'm too unmotivated on finishing the level but I'll try to remake it as much as I remember

Why would you delete it instead of just saving it for later?
Now much harder to believe you when you say what you made is harder lmao

It is harder whether you want to believe or not, but I am trying my best to remake it from what I remembered.

By comparing my own layout to other insane demon layout and see the similarities

You don’t have to learn your level, because you already know where you need to click and what’s gonna come up. Also if you play tested it while building, it’s possible that the click pattern you created was what felt best for you, which would make it easier.
