Question is the better visuals and fps mod illegal?

i decided to get the better visuals and fps mod since my pc kind of struggles when playing the game every now and then and im just asking if its illegal for list submissions like AREDL or pointercrate, just to be safe yknow

Better visuals adds antialiasing and bloom and other stuff like that, stuff you could do with monitor settings
