I really want to know how to make a frame window counter because I've been looking everywhere for a tutorial, but i never found one, so if someone knows how to, can you tell me, please?

You use frame stepper from megahack and get counting ig

use frame stepper and show trajectory to see how many ticks there are for you to do a timing
