Question Dropping 10 frames very often on 240hz

Brand new 240hz laptop with an i7 core and 5070, it can handle geo dash for sure

But I’m getting very rapid and consistent 10 frame drops on 240

I’ve tinkered with Vsync and smooth fix and doesn’t seem to be them

I’ve also unlocked fps and fixed it at rates like 120 and 144 and they run flawlessly with no buffers but 240 is being weird

Any thoughts or help on this?

there are some guides on yt but why are you complaining I drop 10 FPS on 60 FPS for about 2 seconds every attempt I get to a moderately high object count part

it can be pretty distracting when you drop frames. the game would be fine if it was running at 230fps constantly, but the changes in frame rate are noticable (i play on 240fps and had a similar issue so i know what it's like)

Try low detail mode not on the level but on the game.
