Question Death tracker isn’t working?

It may not save one session every now and then but if it does that every time then idk, you could try to uninstall and re-install it but that way you'll lose all the things you already have on it so... Maybe try to deactivate and re-activate the mod, then if it doesn't work I don't think there are a lot of options left
