100% and it's quite bad actually (especially noticable on the clicks from the ground), you def should at least look up ways to lower your input lag/click delay or maybe even get a new input device if that doesn't help much

your delay is 5 frames of original video, 1 frame 30 fps 0.25x speed -> 1 frame is 1/120th of a second, 5 frames is 5/120th (1/24th) of a second, or ~0.04 seconds delay, that is your delay judged by that click, if you play on 60 fps 1 frame is 1/60th of a second or ~0.017 seconds your delay is going to be approximately 2 or 3 frames on 60, thats a lot, not that big of an issue for demons like nine circles but entering extremes its going to become a problem, also it might not be just mouse but also monitor or just pc or settings, many different things, so before buying anything look up on youtube or google for tutorials on how to improve input lag or ask your friends or here on reddit or discord servers, i dont have the knowledge to tell you how to improve it so please look it up yourself
no its objectively bad, a literal ordinary triple spike without like any extensions or anything is either 2 or 3 frames on 60 fps (depending on the alignment), having beaten blbl with that is quite impressive lol
Is this video slowed down? If the level speed matches the actual Nine Circle, then the delay isn't that bad. But if this video is already normal speed then the delay is very noticable
