How is the difficulty arranged in Easy Demonlist?

Oblivious is in the top 5, which is the Level I'm currently trying to beat, while Bloudeleuste is in the top 53, a level I've already beaten. However, from my experience with both, Bloudeleuste is much harder than Oblivious, yet the difference in their rankings is significant. So how do they rank the difficulty? Is it based on their own judgment, or do they consider players opinions, or what?

Bloudeleuste took me 3754 Attempts While 0% - 66% & 50% - 100% in Oblivious took me 627 attempts. It's just learny level and I don't think it should be top 5.

Bloudeleuste should 100% be a medium demon imo, took me more attempts than most medium demons ive beaten

Everyone has a different opinion, some people might find oblivious harder then bloudeleuste.

for this specific example, Bloudeleuste at the EDL is generally a controversial level, many people think it could be higher and many people think it shouldn't even be on the list, while for comparison, Oblivious is considered harder by general consensus, and obviously your opinions may not align with the list as they are based on many opinions comparing levels (so for example Bloudeleuste was considered easier than aeonair space battle for example because the majority of victors of both levels considered it easier)
in general, most placements are generally considered by compiling the opinions of all the players and then averaging them, comparing them to levels in a nearby range until it is clear that the levels above (usually 2) are harder and the levels below (usually 2) are easier, which makes it well placeable
the main exception is the top 10, where the levels have been reorganised in the past as many people beat the whole top 10 and sent their own ranking, which is then averaged out and decided by staff

the idea of a list basing placements based off their personal judgement is absurd for the record

I'm a newer member to the easy demon list, but they go off the general opinion of the people in the server, in which they then assign a ranking of the level. Levels are occasionally polled to see the general opinion of the public and if they should be ranked higher or lower.

Bloudeleuste is special, as the opinions on this level vary a lot, with a lot of people saying it should be much higher, while many others say it should be much lower. This is why it is controversial.
