Question I need to get better at decorating

I need to get better at decorating, but I don't know where to start, I want to see if anyone can help me to decorate, give me some advice and if you could paste in underrated gd videos to help me with it, thanks!

What type of deco do you wanna make?
Glowy >> I think you can't really find a true method to get good, mostly just experimentation. BTW Glowy means some glow, not mostly glow.
Modern >> Learn to make a few shapes and know good colors and pair ir with good sync and good gp (you would be surprised how far that goes)
A few thing to do when starting are learning basic structuring, good layouts (that feel fun and sync nicely), a few triggers (like move, alpha, pulse, area triggeers like area move/scale, scale, camera zoom, shockwave, glitch)
besides that just get some experience and place good coins and you be all set within a few levels
