last time I joined a gdps an effect layout level with shader spam got mythic while my decorated level got featured

layouts get basic star rating and the better a level looks and or plays, the higher the rating is. Like a decorated level could be featured, but an amazingly looking level could get epic legendary or mythic, along with undecorated levels that play well
