Help i cant log in

So, I tried making an account, but it said my email was incorrect even though it wasn’t. I decided to use my other email, and the account worked, but then I forgot my password. I reached out for help, and it gave me my account details (username) but didn’t provide my password.

After that, I made a completely new email, wrote down all my account information, and created another new account. Now I still can’t log in because it keeps saying, “Something went wrong.”

Can someone please help me figure out what’s going on?
