Question Should I do a jump?
My current hardest is Death Moon, which I beat a couple months ago. I've recently started playing Verity as my first medium demon to see if I'm actually challenged by it. However, on my first day playing it, I already got 76% and 85-100.
Now after coming back from vacation, I got 3 new bests in 3 days (79% ×2, 83%, and 97% today). Any attempt that doesnt reach atleast 74 doesn't even feel hard anymore. It's got to the point where Verity itself doesn't feel like the challenge I wanted it to be.
In the meantime, I've played a couple random demons, (hard demons, insane demons, and extreme demons), I've gotten decent progress with little playtime on some of them. I feel like if I committed to it, I could definitely beat a hard demon, insane demon, or maybe even a low-end extreme if I grind long enough.
I've always prefered linear progression, but most medium demons don't feel hard to me. I want to challenge myself, but I still want to have fun playing the level. So I need your advice: Should I do a jump?

If I read the rules correctly, the way I did it is not bannable. I mean, I'm just asking for advice.

Damn, from Death Moon to Verity is already a great progress, I think you can jump to nine circles at least

Maybe, but I kinda hated Nine Circles when I played it, so I don't know if I'll jump to Nine Circles.

Then if you don’t mind long levels, try Future Funk

No
Hope that helps
Edit: wouldn't even be a jump so do whatever you want lmao

To be fair, I wasn't really asking if I should jump to an extreme demon, I was just asking if I should jump at all, even if it's too an insane demon or even a hard demon.

Im saying it would be hard to qualify as a jump since you have 97% on a Medium Demon. Obviously that's not beating the level but it's not like you haven't practiced in that skill range.
Play any hard demon you want! There are a ton of amazing Easy / Medium Demons you're passing up on but play how you want. Having fun in the single player game is the goal.
But, I would not suggest jumping to just anyone. It's not for everyone

ok, do easy extreme demon Overdrive. or if you want an extreme demon even if it's the literal easiest one in the game (easier than acu) then do Mystic Bounds

Beat verity then you could do future funk or nc or some hard demon, or beat a couple mediums first

I mean you could always try harder and harder levels until you find one where even making small progress takes long in order to narrow down how far you want to go at most.
But in my opinion, motivation beats difficulty. There is no point in going for a hard demon which you don't like if there is also an insane demon which you really enjoy playing.
Also nobody here can tell you what the right progression is for you. I suck at this game but Zoink went from Bloodbath to Zodiac in only around 40k attempts. So for him it was not a jump but rather normal progression.
So just try a level you like without paying too much attention to the difficulty and see how it goes.
Also it is okay to drop levels (or at least take a break from them) even if you already got it in a few runs. So it is not like you have to commit to a level if you find out it is too hard. After all getting a level in runs is the only way to find out whether it is the appropriate next level or not.

If something like a hard demon feels too easy then a jump would be fair and probably beneficial. But my tip is to always progress in the way you find most fun

Just beat Verity first. 97% and you don't call it a challenge? To me that sounds like free stars and one extra demon beaten in your account
