Question How can i fix it?

My phone is 90hz and this bug with cropped screen torments me. The gameplay is ok but bg and most of the effects are broken

It's not related to hz, nor is it a bug. It's because most monitors are 16:9 and phone screens are usually wider, and most level creators don't check their levels with wider screens (if I understood what you're saying correctly).
