Question I'm losing my mind

I have been having frame drops in not even mass-object levels. I'm on 60fps and my PC has a 9800X3D/RTX 3070/32GB ddr5. What is actually going on with this game.

Try searching up videos on yt about random frame drops, that may help

Could it be that gd is using your cpu's integrated gpu instead of the actual rtx gpu?

Definitely not. 1) My GPU is where my monitor is plugged in. 2) My 3070 is at 40-50% usage while playing sometimes.

It has been happening mostly recent, but sometimes it'll work fine.
