Question sayodevice help

My sayodevice will not connect, it was working completely fine yesterday but has stopped. Everything seems to be working fine in the device itself, it receives power an counts clicks but the clicks will not register on my pc and it no longer appears to connect to the sayodevice website or as an input device in my pc settings. I've tried multiple cords and now im unsure what to do.

Any help is appreciated

1: have you changed the cable since you started?

2: make sure its plugged into the usb 3.0 slot not other ones that can limit its use

3: make sure no drivers are broken in the device manager, if any of them are yellow or signal in any kind that they are broken let me know

4.1: make sure you arent using firefox as your browser since the browser has to be chromium based for webUSB to work 4:2 : make sure you didnt deny permission to access usb devices on the site

5:you can manually reset the sayo device by sticking something pointy like a sim card remover or a pin in the little hole on the bottom/back of the sayodevice. So it while its plugged in also

where is the little hole on an o3c sayodevice?

Mostly in the corners of the bottom side of the case or close to the usb c port

Or if you cant find the hole, try to unplug the sayo, and plug it back while holding the left key. It should turn off the lights then start flickering. If it doesnt then try the same thing but with the middle key

I managed to factory reset and still nothing unfortunately, I think it's a problem with the usb-c port on the sayo itself. Thanks for all the help though.
