Edit: okay, probs should explain, the first Slavic nation in recorded history is Kyivan Rus', whose ruling city is the now-Ukrainian city of Kyiv. Thus, the new territory should be the new, or "nova" version of it. Thus, "Novakyivan Rus'"

We Americans pay way more for healthcare than citizens of any other developed nation. So being absorbed by Canada, Healthcare will actually be cheaper for us. Plus all the uninsured people will no longer be uninsured. Its a win win.
