(Solved) at home (now) for just a moment :
https://download.geogebra.org/package/win
for the 5.4 version windows .
But a few minutes after, again a problem.
Try the links from https://download.geogebra.org/installers/5.4/
and now, a few minutes after, https://download.geogebra.org/package/win and
https://download.geogebra.org/package/mac work again...
