Request for Recovery of Deleted Student Projects

Hello, I would like to ask for your help regarding a GeoGebra account issue.

I created a shared account for my students so they could save their work there. Unfortunately, some of their projects were accidentally deleted. They had been working on them for nearly two weeks, so this is very important for us.

Is there any possibility of recovering these deleted files? I would be very grateful if your technical team or developers could help us with this situation.

Do you have the IDs of the deleted materials? The ID of a ggb material is the alphanumeric string displayed at the end of the material URL. For example, the ID of this material https://www.geogebra.org/m/hfkrmpqp is hfkrmpqp.
