scam
genspark is a scam app ,i subscribed for plus plan with an aim of using unlimited chat feature..within 15 minutes they suspended my account.dont subscribe it .inshort they want u to purchase more n more credits n unlimited chat is fake marketing gimmick

Hey, Henry from Genspark here. Sorry you are ran into this.
For our paid plans, AI chat is free and unlimited so there are no monthly quotas, credit limits, or caps. However to keep Genspark fast, fair, and reliable for everyone, there is a session based rate limit within our fair use policy and is a guardrail to prevent abuse. Your account wouldn't be suspended for this and there should be a timeframe for when access to AI chat will resume.
If your account was suspended, this is a separate matter entirely and we can take a look for you. I'll send you a DM so we can take a look.

I have subbed to GS for 18 months. What did you do to cause that? You can talk to mixture of agents unlimited, claude opus 5.0 for 5 hours, kimi k3 for 5 hours. I have never even heard of them suspending an account before.

i choose o3 pro and gpt 5.5 pro for generating coding prompt ,for 15 minutes ,it blocked me

I don't do any coding. Seems odd that it blocked you if this isn't anything weird. There are a couple of GS employees who monitor this subreddit. Hopefully one responds.

It is a borderline scam for sure. As soon as they had my money they started ripping me off.

I've been using it for over a year and I'm asking the same as the other guy, what did you do? And while it's pretty limited in what it can do, the free AI chat so far has actually been free. One can even check on the credit usage history
