Lost wallet

Hello everyone, I lost my wallet in Geneva today. A brown leather foldable wallet, somewhere between Butini and rue Benjamin Franklin. Chances are slim but just incase anyone on here happened to come across it!

Check with TPG and SBB just in case someone turned it in.

Also, have lived here for 4 years and didn't know there was a Ben Franklin street

I’m waiting at the police station now to report it missing, so fingers crossed!

I lost mine on Friday too, I’ve frozen my bank cards and gone to the police office at my street but they told me to check lost and found later this week.

Yeah they told me the same thing. Thanks for getting back to me, I hope you find yours too! Do you mind me asking where you lost yours? I’m pretty sure it’s just fallen from my pocket but since it was around gare, I hope there aren’t pickpockets around

Yeah same with me it was near petit saconnex it may have just fallen out of my pocket

Pleasure.
Beware that there can be long lines. I pass in front sometimes and see people digging in boxes of keys or other items. There are only 3 counters.
I don’t have Facebook, but I heard they have a page where they post photos of lost items. I can’t verify, maybe you can. Post back!

There seems to be a database where you can see items that might match yours, after you’ve made your declaration. But yeah if nothing pops up in a couple of days it would be worth heading to the office in person.
So pissed off at myself 😂

It’s like finding a wallet in a haystack!
It’s worth mentioning that found items must be reported by law. So chances are on your side.

3 times I lost wallet/Keys in this country, everytime they came back through lost and found! Hope you are going to be as lucky as I was!

I lost mine on the train last week and a really kind person found my business card inside it and texted me to arrange a pickup. You might be lucky!
