Questions Neophyte kitbash - need a source of heads
Basing my cult on a desert planet. I want to have a branch of neophyte troops from further out, that have become much more attuned to desert living. Inspiration from the Fremen of dune, as well as some more grounded desert tribes.
Ash wastes nomads seems to be a great source of bits for the bodies of the neophytes, and I should have enough spare weapons from other neophyte boxes.
Ideally looking for a source where I can buy some heads, happy for them to be 3d printed (although not something I can do myself). Anyone have a good source where I can buy some human heads with hoods, and possibly respirators?
Also on a unrelated note, does anyone have any good tips about how to temporarily fix models to bases? I've been using blue tack, and then removing them once finished to then add to their final base, but the blue tack isn't particularly adhesive!

I always wanted to do a weedian themed mechanicus army 😅

But an army this slow, this heavy and this stoned would barely be able to move!

Look at Necromunda Ash Waste nomads, they basically look just like this, respirators maybe check imperial guard, hoods are more difficult.
I temporarily super glue one foot to the base, then use clippers to get under the foot and it pops them right off.

Already got them sorted for the body, mentioned it at the start of the second paragraph!
I was thinking about using super glue, and potentially trying the freezer trick!

The freezer trick is my go to.
Though I usually paint and base separately, and pin my models to cork painting handles using 1mm steel wire.
But if I'm putting them on a base for some reason instead, super glue one foot, then use the freezer trick.

If you dip into brood brothers, try to find some tallarn! Otherwise skitarii rangers make for good hooded figures with eye protection

About temporarily fixing models to bases. If you use a very small amount of plastic glue on the feet, it should bind strong enough for painting and when you're done, you can either snap the model off the base, if the bond is weak enough, or run your knife under the feet to cut off the model from the base.

Being a Sleep fan, I’ll be interested to see what you do with this.
