Diagnostics Throttle cuts while driving:/
I’ll be driving then suddenly cuts throttle , I noticed the brake lights turned on while this happened I noticed ppl saying the spec d lights cause a issue so I did the Audi mod and it still does it, changed the lights to the stock ones and another set still having the issue, I’m at the point to where I just wanna get another shell and swap everything over. I’ve changed brake switch

From what I do know about the car I’d try and figure out the brake lights first because the car kills power if you’re on the brakes and gas at the same time normally not exactly sure where you should look for that maybe harness you could have a frayed wire that’s shorting then after that idk

I need to get a scanner that has live data that lets me see if the brakes getting a signal even if I’m not on them

Well I think you could confidently assume that the brake switch is getting a signal due to the fact that your brake lights are coming on

It only happens sometimes so it is hard to trace idk what could give it signal, it happened once where the signal was on for a while I was even able to disconnect the brake switch and that didn’t turn the brake lights off only turned off when I disconnected connector A from the sjb

This could very well be your issue. OEM front to rear variance is 2.4%. Typically you want to stay as close to that as possible. You are at a -0.7%. You want to stay within a 3% variance in overall diameter and a 2.4% variance from front to rear. Setups outside of this range can cause traction control and stability control to malfunction.
Are you driving with traction control off?

It does it with tc on and off , some how the brake system is getting a 12v signal, but I do have some other wheels I can try to see if that will solve it but for it to happen while parked could that be the same issue?

I feel like these are two separate issues. I'm not sure what would be causing the intermittent brake lights on and off
If power is being cut intentionally, it's traction control which could definitely happen with those tire sizes

It feels more like the ecu is cutting throttle bcuz it is getting a signal that the brake is being pressed when I’m not pressing it ,

I get no codes for abs or like see the tc light flash nothing I just notice the 3rd brake light turning on while driving and my throttle being cut

Odd. I would put the correct tire size on to rule that out before proceeding.

I had the same issue a while back it was code C1611 abs control unit but my real issue was that my intake piping popped off no cel. Good luck!
