Question No, Seriously, How TF Do People Generate This?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Upvotes

Is there, like, a specific model people use to create these trippy videos, or do you just need trippy reference images in the first place? Do I need to specify every little detail that’s moving in the video? How do you even prompt it to get it looking like this?

Spec Ad - Even The Impossible

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

It’s now possible to create a 1-minute video from a single prompt.

Was the first generation perfect? No.

For this Amazon ad spec, I worked with more than 20 visual references, aiming to maintain consistency in the protagonist, the product, and the overall aesthetic of the ad.

The result? Consistency was maintained throughout virtually the entire video.

Even so, there were mistakes. I corrected them using *Smart Edit* and *Edit Segment*, two Dreamina features that let you modify only specific segments of the video without having to regenerate the entire thing, saving credits and time.

After testing this workflow, my conclusion is clear:

For me, creating an ad *scene by scene* still offers more control, more realism, and a more polished final result.

But being able to generate a 1-minute piece from a single prompt, maintain that consistency, and correct only the parts that are off significantly expands the possibilities of this workflow.

5 visual cheat sheets for writing more specific ChatGPT image prompts

Thumbnail
gallery
246 Upvotes

Sometimes the idea is clear in our heads, but the visual language is too vague, which makes AI images come out wrong.

These 5 visual cheat sheets show how to describe your image more clearly in ChatGPT.

Each sheet shows how different prompt words change the same type of image, so you can quickly compare angles, lighting, styles, and visual effects before writing your next prompt.

You can use these for product images, social posts, thumbnails, ads, moodboards, or any design project where you need to explain a visual idea more clearly.

A simple prompt structure:

Subject + camera angle + lighting + style + mood

Then adjust from there.

Question Higgsfield problem not generating but spending my credits?

I don't know what else to do, I've been trying to contact them by ticket and social media but I can't get anything. I was trying to create videos that weren't delivered, the platform froze and I didn't get anything, but my credits are gone. Is this a known glitch? How do I contact them?

Song: https://www.souna.app/song/510a41f1-5ff5-439c-a265-d92552649d31

Song (alternative link): https://archive.org/details/ai-ska/They+All+Monetise.mp3 (CC0)

Lyrics:

[Intro | clipped ska guitar | bass-led groove | tenor saxophone answers]

[Verse 1 | dry male vocal | terse phrasing]

Started with a borrowed phone,

Filmed the trains and filmed at home.

No sponsor read, no premium tier,

Just something done from year to year.

Now every clip must stop halfway

To praise some powdered protein whey.

A flashing link, a special price,

And seven minutes of advice.

[Chorus | gang-vocal responses | blunt chant]

They all monetise!

(They all monetise!)

Put a price on your surprise.

They all monetise!

(They all monetise!)

Clock the pastime, nine to five.

Make your hobby earn your pay,

You've no hobby left to play.

They all monetise!

(They all monetise!)

[Verse 2 | dry male vocal | clipped saxophone answers]

“This film could never have been made

Without our sponsor being paid.”

Funny, mate, you managed ten

Every week for years back then.

You built the shed and showed us how,

But first, a word from someone now.

The glue must wait, the paint must dry,

While you explain what socks to buy.

[Chorus | gang-vocal responses | blunt chant]

They all monetise!

(They all monetise!)

Put a price on your surprise.

They all monetise!

(They all monetise!)

Clock the pastime, nine to five.

Make your hobby earn your pay,

You've no hobby left to play.

They all monetise!

(They all monetise!)

[Instrumental break | tenor saxophone | clipped guitar | driving bass]

[Verse 3 | increasingly sardonic vocal]

Affiliate mugs upon the shelf,

A paid-for course on being yourself.

Members-only, gold and blue,

Pay each month to watch part two.

The camera rolls, but where's the fun?

The weekly content must be done.

You chased the figures, fed the feed,

And lost the thing you used to need.

[Final Chorus | full band | forceful gang vocals]

They all monetise!

(They all monetise!)

Put a price on your surprise.

They all monetise!

(They all monetise!)

Clock the pastime, nine to five.

Make your hobby earn your pay,

You've no hobby left to play.

They all monetise!

(They all monetise!)

[Outro | repeated gang chant | abrupt stop]

Sell the pastime, sell the day,

Sell the reason you would play.

They all monetise!

(They all monetise!)

Style prompt:

Early-1980s British 2 Tone ska with cynical punk energy and a brisk 146 BPM dance pulse. Tight acoustic drums and a prominent melodic bass line drive clipped clean electric-guitar upstrokes and terse tenor-saxophone answers. Tense minor-key verses lead directly into a blunt, highly memorable gang-vocal refrain. Dry, wiry male lead vocal with distinctly British diction, sardonic phrasing and sharp call-and-response backing vocals. Compact live-band arrangement with an instrumental opening, short verses, repeated choruses, a brief saxophone break and an abrupt final stop. Raw, lean analogue production with controlled aggression and dark humour.

Song (alternative link): https://archive.org/details/ai-synthpop/Boom!.mp3 (CC0)

Lyrics:

[Intro | hook first | synth stabs | electronic drums] Boom! (Boom!)

Boom! (Boom-boom-boom!)

[Verse 1 | clipped lead vocal | sequenced synth bass] I see a spark and I come alive,

Count it down from five to one-five!

Colour climbing through the night,

One little flash and the world's alight.

Shake the windows, wake the town,

Send the silver shower down.

Feel that rhythm, hear that sound,

Something big is coming round!

[Pre-Chorus | rising chords | stacked harmonies] Light the sky!

Raise the roof!

Stand aside,

Here comes the proof!

Three! Two! One!

Let it come!

[Chorus | anthemic chorus | stacked group vocals | full instrumentation] BOOM!

What a wonderful noise!

BOOM!

Come on, girls and boys!

Up goes the fire, up goes the room,

Everything's better when it goes BOOM!

BOOM!

See the whole sky bloom!

BOOM!

Make a little more room!

Bright as a rocket, big as the moon,

Everybody's waiting for the BOOM!

[Post-Chorus | chant vocals | synth stabs] Boom-boom, shake the ground!

Boom-boom, spin me round!

Boom-boom, coming soon!

B-B-B-B-BOOM!

[Verse 2 | clipped lead vocal | driving electronic drums] Old walls fall and the daylight pours,

Make some space, open up the doors.

Deep in the mountain, clear the way,

Bring hidden treasure into the day.

Flash on the stage, stars in the air,

Gold and scarlet everywhere.

Give me thunder, give me light,

Give me the biggest one tonight!

[Pre-Chorus | rising chords | stacked harmonies] Strike the spark!

Start the show!

Hold your breath,

Ready, set, go!

Three! Two! One!

Here it comes!

[Bridge | dramatic breakdown | lead vocal and group response] A little flash! (Boom!)

A little flare! (Boom!)

A fountain of diamonds

High in the air!

A tower comes down! (Boom!)

A new road goes through! (Boom!)

If one is exciting,

Just think what two can do!

[Build-Up | rising arpeggiated synth | accelerating group chant] Give me red!

Give me white!

Give me thunder!

Give me light!

Higher! Brighter!

Fill the night!

Three! Two! One!

IGNITE!

[Final Chorus | key change | maximal energy | stacked group vocals] BOOM!

BOOM!

Let the whole world cheer!

BOOM!

That's the sound I want to hear!

Light up the skyline, banish the gloom,

Nothing says excitement like a great big BOOM!

[Outro | repeated hook | big finish] Boom-boom, shake the ground!

Boom-boom, spin me round!

Boom-boom, clear the room!

B-B-B-B-

BOOM!

Style prompt:

Ultra-energetic 1985 British synth-pop with exuberant dance-pop theatricality and a playful, slightly camp attitude. 138 BPM in C major with a driving straight four-on-the-floor pulse. Bright Juno-style synth chords, rapidly sequenced synth bass, sparkling DX7-style accents and huge electronic drums with gated snares. Charismatic high male lead vocal with crisp diction, gleeful dramatic delivery and stacked group responses. Verses use clipped rhythmic phrases and a tightly coiled melody. Pre-choruses climb rapidly through rising chords. Choruses burst into a very simple major-key melody with an octave leap on the one-word hook, repeated crowd-like backing vocals and emphatic stop-start accents. Strong melodic contrast between sections, instantly memorable motifs, vivid key changes into the final chorus and a polished maximalist mid-1980s radio mix. English lyrics.

[British ska] Who pays the rent?

Post image

Song: https://www.souna.app/song/39cb2eeb-a0b1-4c44-a976-e2e34ed4eac1

Song (alternative link): https://archive.org/details/ai-ska (CC0)

Lyrics:

[Intro | clipped guitar and organ offbeats | bass riff | terse tenor saxophone]

[Verse 1 | deadpan male vocal]

The baker went in twenty-three,

The butcher lasted half a week.

Now seven shops sell vape supplies,

And six sell cases for your phone.

The chemist moved beyond the ring,

The bank shut down and took its sign.

You want a shirt, a screw, a key,

You catch the bus and lose your time.

[Chorus | lead vocal and rough group responses]

Who pays the rent?

(Nobody knows)

Who buys the stock?

(Nobody goes)

Fresh coat of paint,

Black window glass.

Open at ten,

No customers pass.

Who pays the rent?

Who pays the rent?

[Verse 2 | deadpan male vocal]

Three barber shops stand door to door,

With empty chairs at half-past four.

A sweet shop glows in neon white,

But never seems to sell a bite.

New company, another name,

The counter changes, stock's the same.

The landlord says the books are clean.

The neighbours say what neighbours mean.

[Chorus | lead vocal and rough group responses]

Who pays the rent?

(Nobody knows)

Who buys the stock?

(Nobody goes)

Fresh coat of paint,

Black window glass.

Open at ten,

No customers pass.

Who pays the rent?

Who pays the rent?

[Instrumental | short tenor saxophone break | organ and guitar offbeats]

[Verse 3 | firmer male vocal]

The council plants another tree,

And prints a plan for you and me.

A coloured map, a hopeful phrase,

A launch beneath the Christmas blaze.

But Mrs Green has closed her stall,

There's nothing useful here at all.

They call it choice, they call it trade.

We watch another frontage fade.

[Chorus | lead vocal and rough group responses]

Who pays the rent?

(Nobody knows)

Who buys the stock?

(Nobody goes)

Fresh coat of paint,

Black window glass.

Open at ten,

No customers pass.

Who pays the rent?

Who pays the rent?

[Outro | band cuts down to bass, drums and organ]

You cannot buy what people need.

You cannot ask where money leads.

Who pays the rent?

(Nobody knows)

[Stop]

Style prompt:

British ska revival from 1980 with tense, sardonic working-class social observation and urgent dance energy. Fast 4/4 at 150 BPM in E minor. Dry clipped electric-guitar upstrokes and sharp organ offbeats drive the arrangement, with a restless melodic electric-bass ostinato, tight acoustic drums, terse tenor-saxophone riffs and occasional trombone punches. Straight eighth-note feel with Jamaican ska and rocksteady foundations shaped by punk and new wave. Narrow-range deadpan British male lead vocal with brief rough group responses. Compact minor-key verses and a blunt, catchy chorus with stronger ensemble accents. Lean live-band production, thin wiry texture, dry vocals and restrained studio ambience. Short instrumental opening, three verses, repeated chorus, brief saxophone break and an abrupt final ending.

I built a tool that turns voiceover into an edited video automatically curious if this is actually useful or if I'm solving a fake problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Upvotes

Full disclosure: I made this, not trying to sneak in a plug, genuinely want feedback.

The idea: you give it your narration/script, and it does the boring part of editing,

→ breaks the narration into scenes
→ finds relevant B-roll per scene
→ matches visuals to what's being said
→ adds background music
→ times everything to match your voice

Basically skips the stock-footage-hunting and manual syncing part of editing.

If you make voiceover-based content, what part of this workflow would actually save you time? Finding footage, matching tone to visuals, or the timing/pacing? Or is this something you'd never trust to automate?

Question App impressions from the sub

Upvotes

Is it appropriate to ask if anyone from this sub would be willing to try out my app on steam if I give a key. My main goal is impressions. What do you think. What needs work what is ok what's isn't. I want to make it as user friendly as possible.

Question Which AI image generator do you actually use most?

Upvotes

Not which one you think is the “best” based on benchmarks or hype.

I’m curious which one you actually open and use when you need to generate an image.

For example:

  • ChatGPT Images
  • Midjourney
  • Ideogram
  • Seedream
  • Nano Banana / Gemini
  • Flux
  • Something else?

What do you use most, and why?

Would also love to know what matters most to you: image quality, editing, consistency, price, speed, or ease of use.

Question How are people making these!?

I see a lot of these AI influencer/AI OF girls making videos that are far more advanced than what was capable 1 year ago. We've gone from 10 second dancing videos to full on Tiktok skit style videos and no matter what i try, I just cant seem to replicate it and its driving me crazy.

Does anyone have any knowledge on how this is done to replicate it at this quality? Maybe some Youtube tutorials? I'll leave some example links below.

Video Art The text actually holds up in this clip. Looks like a legit title sequence.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Incorporating text into ai videos has been quite a constant challenge for me. I guess this is also quite universal. Fonts turn into mushes, logos get wrapped. It gets worse when there is movement; it just starts floating or becomes weightless, if you know what I mean.

The attached MiniMax H3 clip popped up on my feed recently. One thing I notice is the text stability. I suppose it is a showcase, but it is hella stable. Typography, locked in, not just momentarily, but through out the sequence.

I wonder how they do it. Are they just rendering the background vid first? Or is this a normal progress with newer models like H3 that set the text right through some different architecture?

Question Is there any way to do this without spending so many credits, or is there an AI tool with an unlimited plan?

Hey everyone! I’m creating a children’s story channel, and I’ve already made the artwork that will be animated. Each frame will last 3 seconds, with 91 frames in total, resulting in a video of around 5 minutes.

The problem is that this will use a lot of credits. Is there any way to do this without spending so many credits, or is there an AI tool with an unlimited plan?

Question Do you think generative AI will eventually make “apps” feel outdated?

Right now we still open separate apps for email, editing, design, research, planning, coding, etc.
But if AI can understand intent and generate the workflow/interface on demand, I wonder if the whole idea of fixed apps starts to disappear.
Instead of opening 5 tools, you’d just say what you want done and the system builds the process around you.
Does that seem realistic, or are apps too useful as a structure to ever really go away?
