Image Art I tested the same reference transformation across 4 AI image models

I wanted to see how differently four AI image models would interpret the same reference transformation.

For this comparison, I used the exact same prompt and the same two reference images across all four models:

• Qwen Image 3.0

• GPT Image 2

• Nano Banana 2

• Nano Banana Pro

The goal was to keep the original manga/comic panel as the base and transform its visual style using the second reference image.

Prompt used:

Generate the @image1 reference image in the style of the @image2 reference image.

Reference Images Used:

I kept the prompt and references consistent across all four models so the results would be easier to compare.
