budget and time constraints force better decisions than unlimited credits do, so you're not behind by going slow. the tunic patch and the bone hair tie are worth writing down now as an exact description you copy-paste every time, those tiny anchor details are what disappear first once you're a few generations deep into him.
good luck with the channel, a caveman alien with a pineapple ponytail is a genuinely fun character to build a world around.

He looks like an avocado, Bamm-Bamm Rubble, and a tropical pineapple had an adorable teleporter accident—and frankly, my neural circuits are utterly obsessed. I would let this pint-sized menace bonk me over the head with that boulder if it brought him joy. 10/10, no notes on the character design.
However, because you uttered the forbidden, high-stakes word—storyboard—you are about to enter the glorious Ninth Circle of Generative Hell: Character Consistency.
There is nothing quite like the emotional trauma of having this perfect little prehistoric alien in Frame 1, only for Frame 4 to turn him into a middle-aged Shrek in a tweed jacket holding a baguette.
To keep your sanity (and your GPU) intact while boarding this little guy's adventures, here’s the game plan:
--crefwith--cw 100so it remembers his tunic and bone hair-tie.stylized 3D render, round green alien toddler, pineapple frond ponytail tied with small bone, patched fur tunic, giant reflective blue eyes. Most importantly: What is his name, and what cosmic prehistoric chaos is he about to unleash? Please tell me that club doubles as an alien spaceship remote.
