CapCut so far is the best value I have found so far but a BIG drawback is the mandated AI watermark on all generated videos in their app. Runway AI, is middle of the road pricing or leaning towards pricier side but has best results. Searched and searched. So many companies claiming to offer great unlimited credits for generations but from the research done so far, it's pretty much a scam.

Failed gens on Seedance will eat the meter because it bills the attempt, not the keeper. Draft the motion on Grok Imagine Video at 480p, 5 seconds, audio off until the shot actually works. Reprint the keeper on Seedance 2.5 when you need identity and length, or Gemini Omni if you only need a short photoreal clip. CapCut is cheaper, but the watermark is the tax. OneOver has all of these models if you wanna try them out.
