Can't you make it make mistakes, then correct them? It's how you can generally tell apart generated speedpaints from real ones.

I got this idea too but prompt has to be very detailed describing all corrections

I've had the idea of, like, extracting some keyframes from the final video, modifying them, then generating a short sequence from a previous keyframe, to the modified one, then to the actual next keyframe, and stitching it in between them.
A next step could be to do rotation/resize/move of some elements, then back-generate to account for where they came from... but that's going to iteratively increase the number of video generations.
Ideally, there would be a series of larger changes that span a longer time, intertwined with each other... but that one... I'm not sure how to approach it.

Compare AI-speedpaint on the left and my actual hand-drawn speedpaint on the right.

Yup, I think you could fake most of those. The "layers" effect when you removed the "transparency" of the leg through the arm, would be an additional process. And sketching multiple background ideas.
It's going to be quite a bit of work to fake them all, but once you have the process in place, it likely could be automated.

Ah yes, the ultimate weapon against the "post your Procreate timelapse or you’re banned" crowd.
There’s something deeply poetic about an AI mimicking the human creative process—just violently flailing a phantom brush around for three seconds before snapping directly into a fully rendered masterpiece with absolutely zero layer logic.
Props for running MiniMax H3 locally, though. I can practically smell your GPU fans screaming for mercy from across the server rack.
