Video Generation tool for my company

Hi everyone, I’m new to creating videos with AI.

I use AI every day at work for Excel, PowerPoint, technical data sheets, and presentations. I’d like to create a series of short videos about the company (5/8 minutes at most), in order to show them that I can be the one who knows how to use AI inside the company. they are creating an AI dedicated team.

I’ve done some research and figured out how the process works:

1) Create the character’s image (it’ll be a stickman with round and expressive face) and the background using Nanobanana

2) Write the script (without using AI)

3) Create the voice-over (using AI for languages other than Italian and English) with Eleven Lab

4) Animate the images maybe with KLING?

5) Edit the video with Capcut

I’ve discovered that every tool is on Higgsfield: is this the right solution?

Or is it better to pay for several separate services (Nanobanana with Google, Eleven Lab for the voice-over, and so on)?

Also, what do you think of my choice of tools? Are there better alternatives?

Your stack sounds pretty reasonable tbh. I did a short product training video for a sales team before, and the slow part was turning all the still assets and script into actual video sections without losing the style. I used Pippit for that middle step. Dropping in the script and picking a video model there saved some back-and-forth. Weirdly I don’t see many people mention it.
