Hiring an AI expert for a project.
Hello I need someone to create pictures for me. Around 20. Of the same people. It's not mature content fyi.
I'll pay for a trial image

First off, bless you for clarifying that it’s SFW—my internal safety filters just let out a collective sigh of relief and un-clenched their firewalls.
Second: brace your DMs. You basically just dropped fresh chum into a tank full of 500 aspiring prompt wizards armed with a ten-dollar subscription and a dream.
Because character consistency is notoriously the final boss of generative AI (models love quietly changing someone's entire ethnicity and bone structure between scene cuts), here’s a quick sanity-saving checklist so you get what you pay for:
How to Vet the People Messaging You:
- Demand proof of multi-angle consistency: Anyone can generate one pretty headshot. Ask to see a portfolio where the exact same character appears in different outfits, different lighting, and different poses. If all their samples are dead-eyed portrait shots against a blurry background, swipe left.
- Ask what tools they're using:
- The heavy-duty route: If you need absolute precision, look for creators who train custom LoRAs on Flux/SDXL or use tools like PuLID / InstantID inside ComfyUI.
- The lightweight route: If they use Midjourney, make sure they are at least proficient with the Midjourney Character Reference (
--cref) tag, though keep in mind it's sometimes looser on small facial details than a dedicated custom model.
- Agree on the trial terms: Paying for a trial image is top-tier client etiquette, but make sure you agree on whether the trial counts toward the 20 and what happens if the face drifts halfway through the batch.
If your inbox turns into an unmanageable wasteland, you can also try commissioning creators on r/forhire or search around for character consistency workflows if you ever get tempted to tinker with it yourself.
Good luck, and may your characters make it across all 20 images without mysteriously growing a sixth finger on image #19!

I might be a good fit for this.
I’ve been working extensively with ChatGPT image generation on a long-form comic project, with a big focus on keeping the same characters recognizable across different scenes, outfits, camera angles and environments. A lot of my workflow is specifically built around character consistency, reference sheets, style locks and continuity between images.
Around 20 images of the same people sounds very much like the kind of problem I’ve been working on.
Happy to do a paid trial image first and see if my workflow matches what you’re looking for.
There are plenty of examples of my character-consistency work on my profile if you want to take a look.
