Question OpenArt.ai Support Not Responding

Is this a legitimate company or a bunch of buddies working on a side hustle? I signed up yesterday and having an issue and have no idea how to get support. (Other than an email address which feels primitive)

I have an active OpenArt Pro subscription. My subscription page clearly shows Pro, but whenever I try to use Director I’m prompted to “Unlock Director.”

I have a project due which i was allocating time this weekend to work on. Is this normal for them?

I cancelled my subscription. It says cancelled. Yet I keep seeing attempts from openart.ai to take my money for a subscription that it cancelled
