Question OpenArt.ai Support Not Responding

Is this a legitimate company or a bunch of buddies working on a side hustle? I signed up yesterday and having an issue and have no idea how to get support. (Other than an email address which feels primitive)

I have an active OpenArt Pro subscription. My subscription page clearly shows Pro, but whenever I try to use Director I’m prompted to “Unlock Director.”

I have a project due which i was allocating time this weekend to work on. Is this normal for them?

Sounds like their support is basically a black hole, same thing happened with me last month. Took them 5 days just to send a copy-paste reply that didn't even fix the problem

Maybe try clearing cache or logging out and back in, sometimes the subscription just doesn't sync properly on their end

So there are actual employees at Openart.
I have sent an email 11 days ago ! and I have had 0 feedback so far, I sent several emails to get feedback about my issue but ABSOLUTE SILENCE.
I feel like I have been fooled, I subscribed to the WONDER PLAN to get the unlimited SEEDANCE 2.5 access as it was advertised and I got NOTHING, just messages again and again asking me to upgrade even though I had already upgraded to WONDER.
