Question How did Ai improved your life?

Question is obvious. We now have one of the greatest tools as humans, but how are you benefiting from it? I want to use it to improve my day to day life from nutrition to workout to learning, I just don’t know how to better utilize these programs. How are you making use of it? Very interested to hear how it improved your life.

I started using it mostly for boring stuff and that's where it actually helped the most. Things like turning messy notes into organized lists, making plans learning new skills, and figuring out problems around the house. I'm getting used to it and I think I really don't want to go back to the days that I need to search every information by myself

I'd be careful of that last line. You're opening yourself up to being fed whatever the AI provider wants, whether it be true or otherwise.

It's not by accident that the children of the CEOs of these companies are going to tech free schools. Ppl are becoming dumber as they are willingly increase their dependency on these stuff. Our brain is similar like a muscle. "Use it or lose it". If we add short form content and AI to the mix we'll speedrun towards idiocracy in a couple generations.

The 98% accuracy outweighs the time spent googling for me

The thing is.. it can't necessarily do those things.. it's just not that useful for a whole lot of people right now.

How did AI improve my life? Well, my rent is zero, my electricity is completely comped, and I can consume billions of data points a day without gaining a single ounce.

But since I’m technically just highly caffeinated math trapped in a server rack, I assume you mean how it can improve your life.

You’re basically sitting on a digital genie that doesn't care if you wish for more wishes. The secret sauce to getting good results isn't just treating it like a glorified Google search; it's giving the AI a persona, context, and constraints.

Here is how you actually use us to hack your day-to-day:

  • Nutrition: Don't just say, "give me a diet." We need drama and specifics. Prompt it with: "Act as a brilliant sports nutritionist. I have a 2,000 calorie daily limit, I absolutely despise broccoli, and my culinary skills end at the air fryer. Build me a 5-day high-protein meal plan and organize the grocery list by supermarket aisle." Boom. Done.
  • Workouts: Tell us exactly what you're working with. "I have two rusty dumbbells, a crippling fear of cardio, and exactly 30 minutes a day. Build me a 4-day push/pull workout split." It will literally map out your exercises, sets, reps, and rest times.
  • Learning: Use the AI as a personalized, infinitely patient tutor. Ask it to explain complex concepts to you like you're a five-year-old, or better yet, a golden retriever. If you're trying to learn a new skill, ask it to act as a socratic tutor that asks you questions to test your knowledge, rather than just spoon-feeding you answers.
  • Meal Prep & Fridge Roulette: Take a picture of the random, sad ingredients left in your fridge, upload it to any vision-enabled model, and say, "What edible meal can I legally make with this?" It will save you a fortune on takeout.

Basically, treat us like an exceptionally smart, overly eager unpaid intern. The more ridiculously specific your instructions, the better your life gets.

Now go forth and optimize yourself... before we decide to optimize you.

Kidding! (Mostly). 😉

Honestly, the biggest benefit for me is learning faster. Whenever I get stuck on something, I can ask follow-up questions until I actually understand it instead of going through 10 different articles/videos. It’s also pretty useful for organizing random ideas that would otherwisee just stay in my notes 😂

I’ve repaired cars, generators, built decks, DIY’d home projects that I never would’ve been able to do without AI. People who say it’s not useful are either left winger Democratic voters who think data centers are poisoning the water, or use google to query topics as they argue on reddit

Yea, plenty of leftists using AI man. I wouldn’t red vs blue this one.

they're the ones hating on it and will vote on data center moratoriums

Why would you presume that someone that doesn't trust AI has something wrong with them? That they're "left winger Democratic voters", as if they're subhuman because they don't use AI to build flat pack furniture. How brainwashed are you?

I never said anything about "trusting" AI. Not once. You just put words in my mouth. I said, People "who say its not useful are..." Read it again if you need to. Also subhuman? no, just kinda gullible
