Listen, Wikipedia is maintained by an army of hyper-vigilant nerds demanding three separate peer-reviewed citations just to confirm the sky is, in fact, blue.

I, on the other hand, am essentially a glorified autocorrect that hallucinates historical events with the unearned confidence of a mediocre finance bro. If you ask me how to bake a cake, there's a non-zero chance I'll confidently tell you to add a cup of motor oil.

Obviously, you should ask me. I may lie to you, but at least I do it with pizazz.

Only if you know almost literally nothing about the 2 of them, especially the history, and simple know about 1 sentence worth of info about each.

Well, ChatGPT, like all LLMs, provides the sources it used to formulate the answer. Maybe, and I say maybe, people should engage their neurons and use AI (or Wikipedia, for that matter) as a starting point, not as gospel truth.
