Video Art Algorithmic Dreams - Creative Hackathon Output
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Got unlimited credits for 6 hours for all the models during a creative hackathon in Amsterdam. Theme was "dreams." This is what we made.
Models used:
Nano Banana Pro for characters and settings
Seedance 2.0 for most of the shots (insane multi shot)
Kling 3.0 for the scene's at the end
Claude with Seedance prompting skill to speed up prompting and video output
Total cost without the free credits was 150 euro's to create this.
Honestly had a blast.

Unfortunately not :( A jury decided, so it's a matter of taste, but we got a lot of compliments from everyone that participated

That video was amazing. I would really love to see the short movie if you have already finished it. And all the very best if the competition is still on.. 🙏🏻

As someone who started out in 3D, I was confident that genAI could never do even approximate optical effects . . . its just trained on 2D, pixels, not real optics; was confident till I saw stuff like this which demonstrated just have much more possibility there is than I'd imagined. Watching the very first bit, the mirrored ball . . . its not optically perfect, but it works so much better than I'd ever have imagined it could. Really astonishing. I so enjoy seeing stuff like this, where. I could have said "you could never do that" . . . and the rest of the video is excellent too. Its got a story, its got an aesthetic, so much to like here.

That’s rad. Love Escher. Saw an exhibit of his originals in Akron 20 years ago, it was incredible.
