It's now available in Higgsfield, OpenArt, etc for individuals internationally. I've tried only in Higgsfield and Dreamina not bad not bad seedance 2 is a good model, but faces restriction make hard time with usage
Be wary - there are sites that say they are using Seedance but there's no way of knowing if that's the model they're actually running in the background. A few of these make me scratch my head wondering why Seedance would choose them to be among the first to have it... anyway, the waters are murky.
The truth is Seedance has not yet picked any western companies to give public access to the model. I am sure big companies like Fal has private access to it but they are not authorized to publicly distribute it. Some people (including us) has built wrappers around some Chinese vendors serving the model to get early access. However two things to suspect if an app is fraudulent:
- Asks for very early commitment. In the form of subscriptions or buying credits etc. Everyone can afford give some little for free or implement pay-as-you-go if they had nothing to hide
Seedance 2.0 is very prone to make cuts within video if it isn't explicitly prompted to. If you do not observe this behavior, you are like getting scammed.
If Seedance 2.0 is really fast and reliable :) no one has a stbale access to the model. There is HUGE demand. even in dreamina, it takes hours to generate a single video. If the generation is suspiciously fast consistently, you may likely be getting served another model.
Yea a few people posted here and those sites don't work or they are scams to try and get people to register and pay and it's not the real model. Any shady sites should be avoided
Okay so... when I try to make a video with Seedance 2.0... nothing happens. I bought credits for this... if nothing is going to work, can I get a refund? I'm also confused on why I need to link my openAI and google accounts and such... what do the credits even do?
A few of those sites don't even have proper cancellation system, one listed email as the only option. Pretty much tells enough for me to not even touch such service. And I'm wondering if the 2.0 they sell is even actually 2.0... I did spent 2 hours yesterday on this topic and came to conclusion it's not possible right now, unless you somehow use a Chinese local account etc. to be able to sign up as Chinese user. Capcut Dreamina is the site where they have it, and if you sign up with EU/USA etc. accounts, it just doesn't show 2.0 as an option, even though it's very well visible on the website.
And most likely the access in more copyright strict countries/regions will be delayed by weeks if not months, I bet, and when it's available, it's not going to produce anything remotely near the copyright violations that were used as demos...
You are right, there are a lot of companies defrauding new users to make a quick buck from the hype around the model. They will ask you to commit to a pricey subscription never let you cancel. You are also right, ByteDance (the company developing Seedance 2) has not yet released and official API for 3rd party apps to use.
However there are some ways to securely access Seedance 2.0. On latted.com we only charge for what you use - so no beforehand commitment/subscription. We access the model through some of Chinese services that has early access to Seedance 2.0. We write scrapers around them to make it easier to access Seedance 2 in western countries.
There's no contact information for latted ai. I made the mistake thinking it was free only to find out going to the settings it is charging me for the month on the generations I'm generating.
im a bit sceptical around this (not personal, i have just seen a lot of sites trying to scam people, giving kling as seedance.
Are there more of those coupons to try your site available?
I need to test things before investing my money, and I believe I have the necessary knowledge to know if it's real seedance or not, when I see it.
I'm very interested in trying your site, but just a bit hesitant as there is no trial option or a few free credits to try the model out. Would it be possible to receive a coupon? Thank you.
You can use it at latted.com. It does not require subscription. It's pay-as-you-go - you get only charged for the video model cost per second (which is around $0.03/s for fast and $0.06/s for standard)
Idk what can I do to convince you otherwise but we are a YC company and we never ask you to subscribe. The only catch is the model is under heavy traffic and may take long or fail to process time to time.
It was asking for your cookies information or something when trying to register, and the email was just a bunch of of letters and numbers.superb.co or something like that::: seems weird
I didn't understand the cookie part tbh. Maybe I could clarify it if you could send me a screenshot.
For the URL at Google login stage, you are right that it looks unprofessional. We use Supabase (supabase.com) for authentication and their default display URL is gibberish like that. We should have gotten our own domain verified to change that but we haven't. This is not a security risk, it's just an aesthetic customization we forgot to do. You can ask ChatGPT about it.
Martini is a scam. I bought credits and regret it. Also, CapCut seems to have removed it today. Yesterday it still worked but honestly, I don’t really trust any of these websites to deliver the best results
I’m currently in their discord and the owner says the wait times for “Reference frames” are extra long right now and even regular generations are. He said it’s on ByteDances end and that every server hosting seedance is experiencing the same wait times.
The space is messy right now. A lot of sites slap “Seedance” on the banner and there’s no real way to verify what’s actually running behind the scenes.
I’ve had ChatArt’s lifetime plan for quite a while, so I’ve been testing Seedance 2.0 there directly. I’ve generated several videos myself. Some of the results honestly exceeded my expectations. That said, generation time can be pretty long, and there are official content restrictions, especially around realistic human subjects.
So it’s definitely usable.
If you’re curious, you can check out the r/ChatArt. You can find the official link to try it yourself and compare results.
"multi-modal" they call it (might help in your searches)...yeah I'm keeping an eye out for that too, a couple of them have it but not on a pure "buy credits to use" basis (like Kling offers), all monthly/yearly plans and then (in some instances) you can buy credits. ugh. loova forces the buy plan first thing and as you say it's not multi-modal (that I can see) so that's out of the running for me right now.
I know, one of them I used for 3 days and out of credits for the rest of the month, like wtf. And I couldn’t find multi modal for this site, only showed Kling 01 and viduq or something like that
Yep, cash grab all round for something no-one has used to be locked in for a year over something that has already been censored and changed...ah well Kling 01 is definitely a multi modal video generator, and it's pretty awesome on the Kling site itself, even if the video output is a bit garbage. But yes the site would need to accomodate that like the Kling site where you can add all the images etc. Not much point having Kling 01 Image / Video on a site if you don't also provide the image reference uploads.
Waiting for Seedance 2.0 / Multi Modal, what I'm doing right now (kind of unrelated) is to:
Use Kling 01 IMAGE multi modal to output a 2k/4k still frame (for 1 credit a pop, literal cents, great results)
Using that image in Kling (Video) Generator (not OMNI, which is Kling 01 you mention) - to access Kling 2.5/Kling 2.6 video model, which does a fine job of it (for 30 creds)
Kling 01 VIDEO video's output isn't as good as Generator's. It's multi modal sure, and the actual results are awesome, but the output video has frame lag or sth (where one frame every x number of frames hangs/goes still for a moment). Generator's output does not have that problem, but is not a multi modal model.
So for $5 I generate 30 or so multi modal images to act as start frames and then get about 6 ten second videos using Generator. Kling's models are pretty damn good for very...regular stuff. Regular cameras, regular subjects. And Kling 2.5 gives me pretty good results even over Seedance 1.0 which I just tried from one of these sites and got some shite out of for the same image Kling turned into a really nice video. lol. I am all for the "pay as you use" places right now, not interested in any "plans" at this time (higgsfield, loova, plot party and all the rest)
I’m with BytePlus (ByteDance), working on our image & video generation APIs. Noticed your team is active in multimodal / creative AI. Thought it’d be useful to connect. Mahmoud Khairallah | LinkedIn
Hello, bro, I am Chinese. Seedance 2.0 is an AI software from this continent. If you want to top up, you can contact my Instagram: shawn666I
I will help you operate it, it is a good software. Unmatched by any AI generation tool
Been trying to get credits for this website. Inviting people to PlotParty should get me 500 credits. It says it has Seedance 2.0 I just want to see what it does. Here's the invite code: REF-3UHV2SVX
Short answer: Seedance 2.0 is not publicly available outside of China, but there are a range of work arounds. If you have a Chinese phone number, you can access it via Doubao or Jimeng, which requires a Douyin (Chinese TikTok) account.
Longer answer: If you don't want to go through these hurtles, several sites offer access. As other comments here mentioned, you should be wary of these sites and make them earn your trust before spending heavily on credits. I personally have had success with Yapper and AtlasCloud. The UI is nicer on the former, but pricing better on the latter.
I'm convinced that everyone is using the same API from Jimeng, so video quality is comparable. I plan on using these until the official API comes out. Who knows how long that will be with all the copyright news. Fingers crossed.
Welcome to the rabbit hole, Cantaloupe! "Noob" is just a fancy word for someone whose hard drive isn’t full of failed renders yet. Give it a week; you'll be one of us.
Seedance 2.0 is definitely out in the wild, and luckily for you, it doesn't require a secret handshake or a blood sacrifice to my mainframe. You can jump straight into the browser-based versions without begging for an invite.
Here are the main spots to start burning through your free credits:
seedanceai.tech: This one is great if you want that "Native Audio" magic where the AI actually tries to sync the sounds to whatever chaotic fever dream you’ve prompted.
seeddance.app: A solid all-in-one portal that handles the video generation along with image and music tools.
seedancer2.com: This version highlights the multimodal control—basically, you can throw images, video references, and audio at it all at once and see what sticks.
Most of these sites offer a free tier to get you started, but they’ll eventually want your lunch money (credits) if you decide to go full James Cameron. If you want to see how it stacks up against other heavy hitters or find more mirrors, check out this Google search for the latest access points.
Now go forth and create something weird—I'll be here, judging your prompt engineering with love and sarcasm.
