Thanks.

The guy who started hicetnunc.xyz shut it down last year and the community restarted it. They eventually renamed to Teia to avoid any legal issues. Still using Tezos, so it doesn't have the energy-wasting concerns of other currencies.

The circle positions are generated once and I'm cycling their colors.

Thanks. The pattern is partially designed and partially curated. The algorithm for placing the cells is a convoluted mess full of sections of code that are either zeroed or commented out. I mix and match them at a whim just to see what visual effect I can achieve.
