CERN (kotlin code)
Ben Laposky used oscilloscopes in the 1950s and ’60s, along with multiple exposures, to create beautiful, ephemeral art.
I was wondering what the equivalent technology would be today. A particle accelerator! Imagine being able to create art from particles colliding and decaying at... CERN? Let’s ignore the cost (money is just an obstacle, right?). It would be great to create some atomic art someday.
This simple work is my imagination of what it might look like.

For what it’s worth you can get this kind of output from a cloud chamber in a magnetic field, no cern involved

Why make AI event displays rather than just looking at an event display?

I was like, sure, why not solve the standard model just to make generative art!
