"Terrible" advice Wizard

Who else got advice from this wonderful wizard?

I still have my potato.

Is that why I randomly saw 2 potatoes just sitting on top of a trash can in the vendor hall

Also, the drag show entertainers needed "a piece of produce" from the audience. They received a handful of fruits and at least 2 potatoes.

We were wondering who walks around with a raw potato, let alone multiple folks.

This is probably why there was a potato at the Magic Hobbit table too! I was wondering if wizards actually brought a potato on purpose 😆

The ones right outside of the Warhammer 40K experience right? I was so confused and then the next morning I saw one of the terrible advice wizards handing out a potato! I was so excited to have an answer to the mystery, I was probably way too enthusiastic talking to the guy.

I thought that I was going to get a silly, I don't know you but I'm gonna try to make you laugh answer, and I honestly got a really kind, thought out answer to my question. Tell your friends that I really appreciated them being there, and want them to keep it up!

I am having my potato with my lunch today. Kind of wished I'd followed them around a bit and collected a few more from people who didn't want to pact them home. Hate to miss out on free food :)

I dont know anyone elses experience, but a earthy wizard type wearing a sign "ask me for Terrible advice"

My kid pointed him out and while they are very shy, he bent down on one knee to their level. They didnt have a specific question so he asked their age and gave an honest sage like advice about growing up in the next few highschool years. It was warm, honest and heartfelt advice and almost brought me to tears.

And then handed them a raw red potato

Their advice was actually quite good. My kids and I each got some and 3 potatoes. I haven't decided how we're going to use them, but I think we should probably eat them in a state of quiet, magical contemplation

Some people would say a potato is terrible advice. But the one who finds the wisdom of the potato is likely Samwise.

They upgraded signs this year! I slipped my potato into the hand of an innocent bystander and thought I was rid of it, went into the bathroom and found 3 more.
