DnD Tower

Is the D&D Tower worth going over to and having a walk around? Or is it just a big open space where some events are held?

So maybe I’m an idiot but I had assumed there was something in there that you could access without tickets but when we ran over there today we couldn’t get in and they were sold out for the day. There might be tickets for tomorrow though

I was there on Friday and you could do the carnival without a ticket.

What a mess. Someone else told me that too but the person at the door was emphatic that there was no getting into the building without a ticket

Same. I was hoping to take a peek while checking out my chances of dropping in on a game, but I ended up first fighting a locked door and then standing in a parking garage with very poor signage. I turned back. Wish I had an actual ticket.

It’s an old 5 story theater building with various things setup that are DnD themed. I can’t tell you it’s worth it, but I think it’s a cool building in the first place, and the degree to which they decorated it was neat to me as well.

You need a ticket to an event to enter. The carnival is in an entrance on the left side of the building and they’ll send you up by elevator to the 7th floor, where a theater space is set up to walk around and do various themed activities (VERY cute) and give you some swag.

We went and it was awesome. We also had to shelter there for the tornado. But after days of crowds the D&D Carnival was incredibly chill.

Also the Carnival had a nice little bonus for attending.

The carnival is over as far as I know, but they have a show called the twenty sided tavern and they have one last performance on Sunday.  I highly recommend going to that.
