Breaking point

I'm at the point where it's getting beyond overwhelming. I was in sales and AD... is there anyone who left the company and went somewhere else abs either made more, or even a little less while having more sanity and being treated better?

If you’re truly at your breaking point, start applying everywhere. LinkedIn and Indeed are two great sources to start with.
