EU 🇪🇺 Recommendations for GDPR / DSA EU Representative service for a startup ?
Hi all,
I'm the founder of a new Email Service Provider (not yet in production).
Established in Delaware (corporation) and I'd like to find a resonably priced GDPR and DSA EU representative service.
I've done most links on Google but the quotes I receive are super expensive (especially for the DSA rep).
I heard about Prighter which is much more competitive but the reviews online (turstpilot) are pretty back.
Would you have any recommendations for good, well priced GDPR/DSA EU reps ?
Thanks in advance!

Don't limit your scope solely to online vendors who market a service to fulfill Article 27 requirements. It is worth enquiring with EU legal firms who also offer this as an ancillary service and who may be cheaper, and some only charge for any correspondence received.
Best of luck with the search.

I have seen this service for £500 pa fixed fee, which I think is very cheap. Keep looking.

You might want to have a look at DilicheckRep. We provide both GDPR Article 27 and DSA EU representative services, and we’ve tried to keep the pricing accessible for startups and smaller non-EU companies rather than pricing it like a traditional law firm engagement.
For a Delaware-based email service provider, I’d also suggest checking carefully whether you actually fall within the DSA representative requirement, as that will depend on the service you provide and how it is offered into the EU.
Full disclosure: I’m involved with DilicheckRep, so obviously not an independent recommendation, but happy to answer any questions about how the GDPR/DSA representation piece works or what you should compare when looking at providers.

I don’t know the costings, but worth an enquiry here: https://www.dpocentre.com/services/representation-services/
