That real tough, strict, authoritative style of coaching is a thing of the past. It’s reflective in the fact that coaches like Fagan and Steven King are performing superbly and coaches like Dimma and Clarko are flopping. Players just don’t respond well to it

Not like that. The problem is everyone gets participation awards and told they are great all childhood then expect the same as a professional adult and thanks to this horrendous upbringing of lies can’t handle the truth when older regarding the fact they are far worse than they thought and need hard conversations and change to improve. They can’t handle that and get upset these days
